When choosing the companies where you want to work, there are several aspects that can be influential. One of these is the ability to drive long-term professional success. Precisely, LinkedIn, the social network specialized in companies and working life, released a list of the best companies to work for in Latin America, according to their support for employees.

The listing was made in several countries such as Germany, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Spain, United States, Philippines, France, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Singapore, South Africa, and Switzerland.

Additionally, corporations from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Mexico were also highlighted, representing the Latin labor market. These were the 3 companies that most promote the long-term professional success of their employees in these Latin American countries:

Mexico

IBM

This information technology and services company ranked first in Mexico. With 8,910 employees in the country and almost 58,000 worldwide, its headquarters in Guadalajara is emerging as the company that most supports its employees in professional growth.

Femsa

The food giant, which produces Coca-Cola and controls OXXO mini-markets, ranks second in Mexico. With 241,000 employees in Mexico, and with its headquarters in Monterrey, it is in second place in the country. Among its initiatives, the hiring of refugees for its OXXO stores stands out.

Ford Motor Company

The Mexican podium is closed by the automaker that has more than 11,000 employees in Mexico City, Naucalpan de Juárez, and Hermosillo.

Argentina

Accenture

The services and technology company with more than 674,000 employees worldwide, is ranked first in Argentina. According to LinkedIn, Accenture provided more than 31 million hours of training for its employees and had more than 120,000 promotions within the company.

The monster of digital purchases and sales in Latin America is the second-best company in supporting the job growth of its employees in Argentina. In 2021, the company began an Emotional Health Mapping for its employees and increased its offer of yoga, gymnastics, and psychological care.

IMB

It not only ranks first in Mexico but is also third in Argentina. This shows that its favorable environment regarding professional growth is a conviction that comes from the parent company.

Chili

Falabella

The chain of retail sales of large surfaces, which also complements a bank, is the company with the greatest job growth opportunities for its employees in Chile. With close to 50,000 employees in the country, all of them have the possibility of entering different programs to promote internal job opportunities and finance undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Itaú Chile

The Brazilian bank ranks second in Chile. With just over 5,000 employees, most can access remote work, as well as having 51% female staff and 97% open-ended contracts. It is not only in second place in Chile but in first place in Brazil.

The German giant in the automotive industry ranks third among the best companies to work for in Brazil. Linkedin also highlights that in 2021, the company supported vaccination programs in Brazil.

In other countries, names like Amazon (United States) stand out; Siemens (Germany); NTT Ltda. (Spain); Barclays (UK); o Tata Consultancy Services (India).
