Every September 29, the International Day of Awareness about Food Loss and Waste is celebrated, this in order to talk and reflect on the millions of tons of food (around 960,441,000) that are lost every year due to waste. But it is not only sought to reflect on the consumption of food, but also on its production, in which waste can also be generated, in addition to a consumption of resources that are not unlimited, such as water.
