For us Latin Americans, there is a traditional religious culture around Holy Week, and this is the Visit to the Seven Temples that begins on Thursday and ends on Friday. However, the health crisis caused by COVID-19 has meant that this 2021 we remain in our homes and we cannot carry out the usual activities.

1. Chapel and Museum of Santa Clara La Real

The Santa Clara Museum is located in the historic center, which has been close to the political, cultural, economic, and social centers of the country. 3. Church of Guadalupe

This church is located in one of the most valuable hills in Colombia. In fact, at the top is a 15-meter-high image, a small chapel, where Our Lady of Guadalupe is sanctified, and an observatory, where there is a magnificent view of the city. 4. Church of San Agustín

The Church of San Agustín is a Colombian hermitage of Catholic belief, offered to San Agustín de Hipona. It houses transcendental works of mystical art. On the other hand, it has significance for its architecture and culture, it was even declared a National Monument. It was also selected in the 23rd place in the category of Things to do in Bogotá (Religious and Sacred Places), according to TripAdvisor's Traveller's Choice 2021.

5. Monserrate Sanctuary

The Basilica of the Fallen Lord of Monserrate is a minor Catholic church that is located on the top of the Cerro de Monserrate. It was inaugurated in 1920 and is a temple that is part of the Archdiocese of Bogotá. Similarly, this basilica was chosen in the 28th place in the category of Things to do in Bogotá (Religious and Sacred Places), according to TripAdvisor's Traveler's Choice 2021.

6. Primatial Cathedral of Bogotá

The Primatial Cathedral of Bogotá, is located in the historic center of the city and the country. This cathedral was chosen in the 34th place in the category of Things to do in Bogotá (Religious and Sacred Places), according to TripAdvisor's Traveller's Choice 2021.

7. Church of Las Nieves

This church is located on Carrera Séptima with Calle Veinte, in the Las Nieves sector, in the town of Santa Fe, in the center of Bogotá, Colombia. In fact, it has tolerated several reconstructions and modifications, being a unique construction. This temple was voted 92nd in the category of Things to do in Bogotá (Religious and Sacred Places), according to TripAdvisor's Traveller's Choice 2021.
