Here we tell you when the plot occurs, if it is really worth all the fuss, and what are the next Marvel projects. Attention all those who have not seen the series, as this review contains spoilers.

At what point in the Marvel Universe does its plot take place?

Wandavision takes place after the events of Avengers: End Game. Vision, who from earlier phases of the cinematic universe had a crush on Wanda, died after Thanos ripped the gem from his mind; therefore, it was so strange that this character appeared in the chapters.

However, from chapter 5 we confirm the most gloom that anyone could have imagined from this story: Vision is still dead, and his corpse was kidnapped by Wanda; which possibly holds her dead husband captive.

What everyone is wondering at this point is: could Wanda become a character unable to bear the death of a loved one? Or perhaps someone is manipulating her to kidnap an entire town and modify its reality?

Is it worth the fuss?

With so much hashtag and news every Friday at dawn, it is impossible to see spoilers regarding this series; people go crazy with each episode, and as the series progresses more and more speculation comes out.

Marvel critics will say that a series is not worth all the fuss; however, as the first foray into this style, the franchise exceeded all expectations that might exist.

In the first place, it has an innovative narrative discourse, it takes us chapter by chapter into a different era, respecting the television styles of the time and entering contemporary details that are neither forced nor out of place.

Out of nowhere, when we believed that the series would be translated into a comedy that would serve as a tribute to old series, they took us out of our comfort zone and captured what had happened in the world just when those who disappeared by Thanos had returned to earth.

Each chapter is better than the previous one, and to date, it is believed that a very powerful villain is about to make his appearance: Nephisto. This will certainly set a precedent for future Marvel projects.

What's Next in the Marvel Universe?

Wandavision will serve as an introduction to a new phase of this cinematographic universe, with some series in between, from Marvel.

Among the projects that are already expected in this phase, four are:

  • Falcon and The Winter Soldier. March 19, 2021.
  • Black Widow. May 7, 2021.
  • Loki. May 2021.
  • Shang-Chi and the legend of the ten rings. July 9, 2021.
  • What if…? Mid 2021.
  • The Eternals. November 5, 2021.
  • Hawkeye. End of 2021.

Of these, we already have previews of Loki, which will be a series uploaded to the Disney + platform, and Falcon and The Winter Soldier, which will be in theaters soon.

One of the elements that reinforce the theory that the great villain of the Wandavision series could be Nefisto, is the appearance of this same villain in an image captured by the official Loki trailer, at approximately 1:56.

There are many surprises that await us throughout these weeks, so we can only wait another Friday to enjoy this plot that is driving everyone crazy.
