All about the new Marvel productions announced by Disney

Marvel is one of Disney's money-making machine. The creation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe allowed the company to generate an enormous amount of profit. For example, Avengers: Endgame became the highest grossing film of all time, reaching a figure of 2.8 billion dollars .

All of this was achieved through a 12-year generation of film projects, culminating in an impressive film. However, the truth is that, even after that, it seeks to redouble the bet by generating exclusive content, both for the cinema and for the recent mouse platform, known as Disney Plus .

In this case, we talk about more than 15 different Marvel projects that were announced at the 2020 Investor Day event . There are different films, series and even shorts films that will belong to the world of superheroes and that will try to expand everything we know so far.

Marvel TV series and movies announced

At first, it should be noted that we already had information about some productions … but now they have made their release dates official. As for the movies, we see that Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will hit the screens on July 9, 2021, Thor: Love and Thunder will land on February 11, and Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness will do the same on March 25, 2022 .

The same happens with some television series, such as WandaVision or Falcon and the Winter Soldier . Due to delays due to the coronavirus, they announced that the first work, which will explore the continuation of the story of the witch and her companion with the Infinity Stone, will premiere on June 15 on Disney Plus. The other, on the other hand, will arrive earlier, as it will be available on March 19, 2021.

Of course, there would also be new productions announced. From Hypertextual they indicated that the reboot of The Fantastic 4 will enter the Marvel Cinematic Universe . The film will be directed by Jon Watts, in charge of the Spider-Man trilogy, and will be set in Phase 5, with a release after 2023.

On the other hand, the third film of the little Ant-Man was also confirmed, which will be Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania , again directed by Peyton Reed.
